HOW DO I JOIN A SESSION?
- On the agenda page, select a session and click the “Broadcast” button under the session title. Broadcast will become available two minutes before the scheduled session start time.
- When you click the “Broadcast” button, you may be prompted to login in order to join the session.
- Once you click “Login” a new page will open asking for the email address used to register your ticket.
HOW DO I MOVE BETWEEN SESSIONS?
When a session ends, or if you decide to switch to a different breakout session, click the “Back” button to return to the agenda. You can then enter any other in progress session by clicking the “Broadcast” button for that session on the agenda.
The agenda includes a two-minute buffer between each set of sessions, to allow time to navigate to the next session.
HOW DO I RESERVE A SEAT FOR A BREAKOUT SESSION?
It is not required to reserve a seat in order to attend a session. However, space is limited for breakout sessions and we would encourage you to reserve your seat for sessions you plan to attend.
On the agenda, click the seat icon on the left hand side of the session you plan to attend.
Selected sessions will be added to the “My Registered Session” list, found at the top of the agenda page.
You will only be able to save a seat for one session in each set of concurrent breakouts. To change your selection, first unselect your existing session by clicking on the seat icon again and then click the seat icon for the session you wish to attend.
HOW CAN I ASK QUESTIONS DURING A SESSION?
Most sessions will include time for audience Q&A. To ask your questions, please post them under “Q&A” within the session.
Each session will also include a chat box for session-specific conversation. We encourage you to post comments and engage with your peers under “Chat.”
IF I HAVE TROUBLE JOINING A SESSION, WHO SHOULD I CONTACT?
First, we recommend checking the instructions listed in Bizzabo’s Attendee Troubleshooting Guide. If you’re still having trouble, you can chat with Sauce Labs staff on the event Slack channel #event-support. Join the Slack channels for the relevant date via the links below:
WILL THE SESSIONS BE RECORDED?
Yes, the sessions will be recorded. All registrants will have access to the recordings following the event. You will be notified via email when the recordings are available.
HOW DO I ENTER TO WIN THE SPONSOR GIVEAWAYS?
Thanks to our sponsors, we have some great swag and prizes to give away to SauceCon Online attendees! Simply attend the sponsor’s session in order to enter each giveaway. Sponsored sessions are clearly indicated on the agenda with “Sponsored by” text and the sponsor logo. Winners will be notified via email by May 19. Prizes will be emailed or mailed to winners.
